Job Description
With our growth and expansion, we are looking for a talented and outgoing Architectural Sales Representative to drive sales and meet the needs of our customers. The Architectural Sales Representative is responsible for surveying rural and urban neighborhoods to Identify projects and potential customers , report and coordinate with Sale Department This involves planning and implementing strategies for success, which are compatible with existing sales policies and systems.
Job Duties
survey and visit the neighborhoods according to the company plan
Follow up on leads generated by websites
Follow up on leads generated by our internal sale department,
find the projects that could be potential customers of company
Generate your own leads through networking
Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and matching their requirements
Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for the sale, completing the sales process and all relevant documents.
Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned as required
Requirements
familiar with architecture and building construction
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Positive and outgoing attitude
Valid Driver's license
