Job Captain
We are seeking a job captain with previous work experience in construction preferabley in Aluminum windows and curtain wall installation and high rises. The candidate must demonstrate a solid understanding of overall project control and supervision for Construction Management projects.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the assigned project
To plan and meet the time schedule and installations of the assigned project
Prepare an overall installation schedule in conjunction with the Project managers , Superintendent and the Construction Manager.
To co-operate fully with a Project Superintendent and site technical team ,company design and logistic teams in getting the job completed.
Qualifications:
Architecture or Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management Degree
Minimum five (5) years work experience in the construction industry
Excellent team and communication skills with ability to lead teams
Solid understanding of specifications, construction methods and procedures
Knowledge of key principles involved in project administration
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) or iWork ( Numbers, pages ,keynote)
Capable to attend in the Job sites full and/or part time
familiar with job site safety procedures
